M/s Vashi Infotech Private Limited incorporated under the Companies Act 2013, Mobile Applications Providers (hereinafter, “the Company”), is the owner of this application Velo (hereinafter, "the Application").
This Application is a tool for assessing relevant information for safe and efficient driving within a radius of 400m - 700m.
The Application and all its contents, including but not limited to material, software, logos, and icons are the property of the Company or the Company holds valid license for the same. Copying is strictly prohibited, as is the processing of reverse engineering.
Definition: "Personal Information" refers to the information the user providesto use the Applicationsuch as name, device details, location and personal ID.
All Personal Information gathered will be used to maintain the services of the Application and to maintain the high-quality standards of the Application.
The Company confirms not to share the Personal Information gathered from the Users of the Application, unless required by law.
Subject to the Users consent, the Company may share promotional and marketing content with the User in the given email ID and number.
User is informed that at any time, user is free to contact the Company to understand the following:
How user data is processed?
User data is anonymized i.e., all personal information is decrypted and removed in order to prevent any misuse of user data.
Can the user modify/correct the data once shared?
Yes, the application has an inbuilt option (Go to Settings) that allows the user to modify the data at any time
How the User can remove the data?
The user can contact Velo at any given time to remove their data.
Can the User restrict data sharing?
Yes, the user can contact the Velo team to restrict their data sharing.
Can the User not give consent for promotional content and yet use the Application?
Yes, the user has the right to not give consent for promotional content at all times.
